Shipping, returns and exchanges

SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are processed from Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced, or damage packages, or any shipping deliveries that may be affected by events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. 

Packages returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for redelivery cost. 

Venture Lashes is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

If you live at a high crime theft area please make sure to request a "Signature Required" delivery through the notes at checkout or email us at info@venturebeaute.com 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Due to sanitary reasons, Venture Lashes does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

If an item is damaged upon receipt, we will replace any defective items and make sure you happy with your purchase. Used looking products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible. You have 48 hours from the time you receive your package for you to contact us at info@venturebeaute.com
